LEXINGTON, Ky., April 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lexmark International, Inc. plans to announce first quarter 2016 earnings before the opening of the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Lexmark will not host a conference call with securities analysts and investors in conjunction with its first quarter 2016 earnings release and does not expect to do so for future quarters while the acquisition of the company by a consortium of investors comprised of Apex Technology, PAG Asia Capital and Legend Capital is pending.
