“The decision to seek an automated accounts payable solution was based on our vision for the implementation of a full shared services model for accounts payable within  MaineHealth ,” as noted by Jeff Winchenbach, Sr. Director, Fiscal Services, Maine Medical Center. “Once fully implemented, the solution is expected to increase the productivity of staff, provide greater control over invoices from receipt to payment, and provide greater visibility into our procurement activities. These benefits can then be used to ultimately reduce costs and provide greater resources in support of the Medical Center’s mission of education, research, and patient centered care.”

“During the course of vendor evaluations, it became clear that the Lexmark AP Automation solution would allow us to achieve our vision while also providing scalability and expanded functionality in the years to come. Bish, vice president of Lexmark and president of Lexmark Enterprise Software. “Lexmark provides a unique solution for integrating financial and clinical content with existing applications.
